Good News for Peace and Development – Rwanda

GNPDR was established in response to the social, psychological, and economic challenges that followed the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. In the aftermath of mass trauma, incarceration, family disintegration, and widespread poverty, there was an urgent need for faith-driven, community-based interventions that would promote healing, justice, and sustainable peace and development. Over the years, GNPDR has grown into a trusted local organization working alongside churches, community leaders, correctional facilities, schools, healthcare providers, and international partners to restore lives and rebuild secure and resilient communities.
