Governance and Leadership

Strong governance and accountable leadership are essential to the effectiveness and integrity of Good News for Peace and Development – Rwanda (GNPDR). Our governance structure ensures responsible stewardship of resources, strategic oversight, and transparency in all aspects of our work.

Board of Directors

GNPDR is guided by a Board of Directors composed of individuals with diverse professional backgrounds and a shared commitment to peacebuilding, justice, and community development. The Board provides strategic direction, policy oversight, and accountability to ensure that the organization remains faithful to its mission and vision.

The Board meets regularly to review organizational progress, provide guidance on strategic priorities, and ensure that programs are implemented responsibly and effectively.

Executive Leadership

The day-to-day management of GNPDR is led by the Executive Director and a dedicated team responsible for program implementation, financial management, and partnership development.

The leadership team works closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure that programs are responsive to community needs and aligned with the organization’s mission of restoring hope and dignity to vulnerable populations.

Ethical Leadership and Accountability

GNPDR is committed to maintaining high ethical standards in all its operations. Internal policies and procedures guide financial management, program implementation, and organizational decision-making to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsible use of resources.
